Mr Nawal Joshi has been a pioneer in Indian confectionaries since 1984. After establishing a strong brand “Gangaur” in Kolkata (India) he started his dream project in 2001 where he planned an authentic Indian meal experience along with cocktails for the family. The goal is to make each customer/guest feel like a king/queen. The ambience is designed to give a majestic and royal feel.
Coloured turbans and dress code of service team, silver cutlery and crockery with specialy designed salt and pepper set of camel finally ensures the classic theme of the food and enhances the atmosphere.
The restaurant seats 76 and is also available for private parties entertaining 100- 125 people by bookings.
Since opening Teej has not only witnessed rich and rendezvous’ but also received a string of Industry accolades including “best vegetarian restaurant in Kolkata “ by times magazine award in the year 2004.
